All sessions are offered by Bonjour Doula.

Purchase of services

Prices are in Danish kroner (DKK) and include Danish VAT. The booking system clearly states whether the payment is a one-time payment, an installment plan or an ongoing subscription with recurring payments. Immediately after your purchase, you will receive a receipt by email at the address you provided.

Personal sessions and validity

Each session is personal and reserved for the client who booked it, and cannot be transferred to another person without prior agreement with Bonjour Doula.

All programs and session packages, including the 5-session and 14-session programs, are valid for one year from the date of purchase. Sessions not used within this period expire.

Bonjour Doula may adjust the content or structure of a session when needed, or when it will improve the quality of your session. Photographs, recordings and any materials shared during sessions are for your personal use only.

Cancellation

Cancellations made within 24 hours before the appointment starts will not be refunded. The client will be offered a new time.

In the event of cancellation due to force majeure, government order, or any other international or national crisis, a refund is possible.

If the buyer has a medical certificate or another special reason for cancelling, please write to hej@bonjourdoula.co. Bonjour Doula will then decide whether a refund is possible in the specific case.

If the cancellation is made by Bonjour Doula, you can choose to be offered a new time or to receive a refund.

Complaints

Any errors, defects or issues must be reported no later than 30 days after the purchase, so that Bonjour Doula can correct them.
