What I offer
-
90 min — 1 250 DKK
A session designed around you, and around what your body and mind need most right now. We begin with 30 to 40 minutes of therapeutic work, a space to talk, to be heard, and to explore what’s weighing on you.
Then you’ll move onto the table for bodywork that blends body and energetic methods, chosen intuitively for you: craniosacral therapy, acupressure, reflexology, healing. It’s first and foremost a time of deep rest, especially for tired women and mothers who give so much. It’s also a chance to release tension and let your nervous system shift out of fight-or-flight and into calm. You’ll leave rested, softer, and more connected to yourself.
-
60 min — 595 DKK (in person or online)
A quiet hour to rest, receive, and let your body do what it knows how to do. Whether you’re preparing for a baby, expecting, working through a symptom that won’t let go, or simply feeling the need to slow down, this session meets you where you are.
We’ll take 5 to 10 minutes at the start to talk about how you’re feeling and what you’d like to receive, then you’ll lie back and be held in gentle, energetic care. Afterwards, we’ll take a few minutes to land and share whatever came up. You’ll leave feeling calmer, lighter, and more connected to yourself.
-
60 min — 595 DKK
A deeply releasing hour for body and mind.
We begin with a massage by hand to warm up the body and ease you in.
Then we move into dynamic cupping, where the cups glide over the skin, followed by stationary cupping.
Together, they work on the fascia, the web of connective tissue that holds so much of our stress and tension, helping it soften, release, and move more freely. The chest and back are prioritized, the places where we so often carry the weight of daily life. You’ll leave feeling lighter, calmer, and able to breathe more deeply.
-
90 min — 1 250 DKK
A space just for you. Come as you are, whether you’re dreaming of a baby or already expecting.
We’ll start with a gentle conversation, 30 to 40 minutes to share what’s on your heart and ask anything about pregnancy and birth, without ever being judged.
Then you’ll melt into bodywork to release tension, reconnect with your body, and make space for your baby. You’ll leave feeling supported, informed, and more at home in yourself.

60 min — 595 DKK
You’re almost there, and your body knows what to do. This session gently supports it in getting ready. We begin with a soft landing on the massage table through craniosacral therapy, helping you slow down, breathe, and settle into the moment.
From there, we blend acupressure and reflexology, working with points traditionally used to encourage the body to soften, open, and prepare for birth. You’ll leave feeling calmer, more grounded, and more trusting of your body as you wait to meet your baby.
For the women who are looking for a break from the hustle and bustle of every day life.

This is a gentle approach. There is no deep-tissue massage, forceful pressure, or pushing through pain. The work is soft, intuitive, and adapted to what your body is ready to receive, which is often exactly what a tired or overwhelmed nervous system needs in order to let go.

Many women come to holistic body therapy when something in their body or mind won’t settle, even after trying other approaches. You may recognize yourself in one of these:
In the body: migraines and recurring headaches, stomach pain and digestive problems, persistent fatigue, skin issues that keep coming back (eczema, acne), autoimmune conditions, fertility difficulties, PMS and hormonal imbalance, and chronic pain in specific areas of the body that can’t be explained.
In the mind: stress, anxiety, low mood and depression, professional burnout, maternal burnout, and insomnia or poor sleep.
The body often expresses what the mind can’t put into words, or what has been held back for a long time. Through a blend of therapeutic conversation and gentle bodywork, this session offers a space to listen to what your body is telling you and to give your nervous system the rest it needs.
