It’s no-more-bullshit time!

Hello beautiful soul,

I don’t know about you but I often used to find November to be so brutal. If you’re into astrology and all-things-esoteric just like me, you should know that Scorpio rules that season. In other words, it's no-more-bullshit time.

My experience with the month of November is that I’ve experienced love stories end in that month, finding myself alone in cold and dark days, trying to make sense of everything (hint: the cosmos did me a favor). In general it’s as if some cosmic cleanse happens at the time of that year, preparing us for the upcoming winter—what to hibernate with in the coldest (yet coziest?) months of the year.

Scorpio season just started and all good so far here ☺️ but oh boy do I find these weeks intense. In several areas of my life I’m experiencing that things simply don’t go as planned: I find myself in the kitchen ready to cook chicken soup and realize I’m out of bone-broth. I’ve been looking for a new studio for several weeks now, have finally found one yet finding a date to start working there has been chaotic. My kids have been going to their new kindergarten for over a month yet dropping them off is still something that requires my full presence and more time than I used to spend on it. Life in a nutshell. And you know what the solution is? SLOWING THE F* DOWN! Always…

We’ve been taught that slowing down is counter-productive but life keeps on showing me the opposite. Rushing through everything simply doesn’t taste quite as good. Yes, sometimes things have to be done. But most of the time, it’s when I can be fully present in what I do that magic is created or that things turn out working just fine. Accepting that my son needs me to sit with him for a solid 10-minute before he feels ready to go and join the rest of the class was a game changer. Because I can go to work without the awful experience of leaving my kid crying with adults he’s still getting to know.

Taking time in my work and accepting that right now, things are slow, is ensuring myself that I don’t burn out in a couple of months, or simply feel out of sync with the services that I’m providing.

And that’s how I see Scorpio season today: as a tough yet loving reminder to cut the crap and do what sincerely matters. In the long term, I do believe that the ROI will be more satisfying.

P.S : I know there’re scorpios among you and stay assured that my closest friends are scorpios. In other words, I love you. I myself have my sun in the Eighth-house, making my personality very scorpio-infused 🦂.

What to reflect on in Scorpio season?

  • Where am I avoiding the truth, with myself or with others?

  • What do I want to transform, and what is it asking of me?

  • What am I ready to release?

What’s up work wise?

  1. I’m coming back to you with physical sessions in Copenhagen as I promised. Date has finally been confirmed, I will communicate it to you soon ♥️

  2. I attended yet another beautiful birth last week and must say: I keep on feeling so grateful for witnessing unique moments like these. What made this experience so special was seeing the couple being so good together and connected. They were great at communicating their boundaries and needs to the medical team. And seeing midwives and doctors listening and showing respect to that beautiful mama, was all I could hope for. More of it, please!

  3. You’ve guessed it, Winter being a potent time for creativity, I have plans on taking that process very seriously and see how it unfolds in Spring.
